I would never recommend buying a home from D.R. Horton. The company is facing multiple lawsuits over issues ranging from alleged construction defects to deceptive mortgage and financing practices, and that alone should make potential buyers do their homework before signing anything. Would not recommend buying a property here. The community is grossly mismanaged by their HOA (Breeze). Gates always broken, pool poorly maintained, streets crowded vehicles regularly parked on both sides of the road and overgrown lawns everywhere. Your home will definitely lose value if you buy here.
