Would not recommend buying a property here. The community is grossly mismanaged by their HOA (Breeze). Gates always broken, pool poorly maintained, streets crowded vehicles regularly parked on both sides of the road and overgrown lawns everywhere. Your home will definitely lose value if you buy here.
Gate always broken&left open. Pool trashed by no residents. Burglars come to steal from us. CDD HOA do nothing but raising fee. Not safe neighborhood area. Horton house falling a part only a year after.there’s no yard&recycle pick up in this area. Poor internet&cell connection.speed racers on street. Loud parties.(after midnight) Don’t recommend to live here. if I contact Horton, they disappear. Just making them look good for review.
