This place is a great quiet and clean and manager is kind and friendly and always answers my questions honestly and don’t mind occasional rooster croaking
I've been living here almost 3 years now. The area is quiet and peaceful most of the time. The neighbors are nice, and there isn't much commotion within the park. Maintenance is scheduled quickly whenever there is an issue. I've not had a single complaint to make. Miss Fabiola, the landlord is the best landlord I've had. She cares about her community, and is always available to help when called on. She is one of the reasons I choose to be here.
Living here was supposed to be my last home. A downsize if u will my retirement to be near my family and my experience here has been as of yet feeling like I’m not allowed to live here peacefully for a few reasons. 1 the space rent is not worth the cost due to the toxic surrounding areas such as litter everywhere poor behavior from the surrounding homes unfortunately as well as barking dogs goats n chickens alike lol simply being told by mgmt to call the police.
