I have been a tenant at Glen Corporation at the Balmoral location for 7+ years and have had a wonderful experience. Landlords Faiqa and Mahmood make you feel at home every day ensuring that each tenant is comfortable and that the building is in tip top shape. They truly make the experience.
I have loved my time living at 160 Balmoral. The Managements ,faiqa and Mahmoud, were always helpful and available whenever need. The building is well maintained. 160 Balmoral is a great place to live and is located in a Prime location in Toronto.
After 30 years at our clean well maintained unit at 601 Magnetic Dr.,Unit 34 The maintenance crew headed by Ron do an excellent job and responded immediately when there was any issues 5 stars in my books
Just another corporate housing hoarder that contributes to unaffordable housing in the GTA!
