I purchased a vehicle from them on 9-27-2021. The car looked nice; I drove it around the block; it sounded nice but I noticed the controller for the outside mirrors weren't working; they told me to come back and they would repair that which they did but the left drive side mirror is still not stable and they refused to repair it. The radio was of poor quality and they promised they would fix it; I took the vehicle back; they claimed they fixed it but it still has a whole lot of static and half the time you can't get a good ... read more
Bought a car from here a year ago. Within a few months the AC went out. Between the rip-off extended warranty, the back shop mechanic friend they recommended me to, and the electrical problems I've experienced with this car I was definitely sold a lemon. I explained that this car was for my teenager but I guess profit was more important to them than the safety and well-being of my child. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
The following is my personal opinion based upon my experience thus far: I bought a 2014 chrystler town and country back in Feb/March time frame with 100,000 miles on it. Within a week or two it was overheating badly, found that the head gasket needed replacing I called Glen Burnie Auto Exchange to see what they were going to do about it. We got a Jeep Commander. Off the back it was in their shop for a new water pump. Also the key was very hard to get out of the ignition. Was told it would be fixed prior to pick up and it never was. I though that was the least of my concern. A few weeks later the engine started to overheat. New heater core. Few more weeks, new struts.
