Great Work Done Fast response and great work. I bought auto insurance from Mai VO Allstate Insurance. They suggested multiple policies, compared them and helped me in picking up the best one. The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Good Prices and best insurance services I approached Mai VO Allstate Insurance for home insurance. Best customer service and best prices around. I asked as many questions as I can, and they answered all my questions with great patient and respect. My insurance needs were absolutely and completely taken care of. They work hard to find you good prices also. Highly recommended.
Find another agent Find another agent. I was with this agency twice and I should have learned the first time. I had to contact Allstate corporate both times to get my policies canceled and money returned since this agency has systemic incompetence.
Do not hire Kevin Swanson Kevin did not prepare for my high conflict family law case. The petitioners attorney spent almost triple the amount of hours preparing for our case. I provided Kevin with all necessary information to help him basically defend and represent me and he did nothing. The case was just about money for him as he traveled to Portland from Salem for our hearings. He then dropped me the minute we lost in court stating that I owed him more money. Unprofessional!!!!
Worst service of my life !!!!!!!!! Trying to get a claim paid is ridiculous!!!!!. Agents don't push for their customers rights, cant even get the owner ( Brandy Holmes ) to give me a call back. I have been with them for approx. five years and should have stayed with my State Farm Agent !!!!!! Allstate has just lost a client for life!!!!!!
