DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!! the place seems nice from the outside and the new “remodeled” apartments show well....... that’s where the good ends. Once you move in you will realize that all they have done is just poorly painted over the old fixtures and walls and replaced the kitchen appliances with the cheapest possible replacement. As for the washer and dryer they don’t work! And forget about placing a work order to have something fix. We have been here less then a month and our AC stopped cooling. Glen at the Park has gone over to small trash cans from a company called Trashgurus.com for everyone's apartment. The only problem is that people have more than just a little trash to throw away. I was tired of seeing cardboard boxes in the hallway every morning. So I took them down stairs to where the dumpsters used to be (and is where everyone is still throwing their trash that isn't being taken). If I could leave a review any lower I would. I came in for an appointment at 2:30 pm to view a first floor apartment with a yard. After seeing an apartment and applying I returned home. When I got home I decided to call back in and ask for a total move In cost sheet so I would know what to expect upon move in day. When I called they informed me that the apartment had been lost right out from under me. Also that she wouldn’t be able to give me a move in cost until she ran my background check.
