NO! NO! NO! Look the other way, the outside May look good but once you walk in the apartment is still modeled like the 1900. Since they had 3 new property managers. Mold infestation! DOORS FAILING OFF THE HINGES BECAUSE OF RUST. The last can go on!
Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy They had me living in mold and I got sick and when I brought it up , landlord said” if your worried about your health then leave “ . Land lord is extremely rude and doesn’t care about you . The apartment is infested with mold and when asked to come look at it they just painted over it(which was still visible) !!!! Everything is old and broke down . Honestly code enforcement needs to get involved because they know but don’t care.

Glen Arm Manor Very quiet neighborhood ! I've been here 4 months the staff Is very friendly! I had couple minor maitance request both request were resolved the same day! I'm disabled so the single story is great! I wish the 1 bedroom had a dishwasher!
Black Mold infested !! My apartment had black mold in the shower and even in my air vent ! Save your money don't move here !!
Live here over a yr I like the apartment complex, nice front desk lady and maintenance is there to help. I had a leak and a little mold, but maintenance was there to assist me in cleaning it up. Also, for it to be close to a high school and college, it's pretty quiet. Although I wouldn't recommend a back apartment because you can hear the band practice for football season. It's also convenient that it is right across the street from Wal-Mart and close to the mall. Lastly, I think anyone that moves here will be satisfied.
Glen Arm Manor My neighbors are really cool and it is a quiet neighborhood, but that landlord is completely off. I have been in her office for a few months now complaining about my door falling and it has yet to be fixed! She has no since of urgency.
Greatest apartment Glen Arm Manor has the greatest apartments. Everyone is so friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. It is also right across my school (Darton State).
