The customer service here is terrible, all the manager does is sit there with an attitude…can’t believe someone who just sits there and doesn’t try to manage the place AT all but thinks they’re doing something is lowk crazy🤣 if you want to live here and ever need help your going to have to worry about that terrible manager, she is the worst person to help you in all cases.
The WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I called today and asked to speak to a manager and was told there isn't a manager and to stop calling there. I think the lady i spoke with name is Glenda or Linda.
This place is horrible mantanice doesn't want to fix anything the apartment manager doesn't know how to do her job and don't let your apartment catch fire they will try to blame you even if it's not your fault
