I am giving this facility a 1-star review. The management team was very deceiving . I recommend Vanderbuilt RV Storage on Mountain Road in Glen Allen.
Glen Allen RV Storage is now Vanderbuilt RV Storage. Locally owned by Todd & Jennifer Vander Pol Same location , new local ownership/management. Great location, easy access, well laid out site. Come experience the Dutch Touch!
We love this location and plan to stay but the manager is telling us we have to leave or landowner will file storage leins on all the vehicles that do not move, and then he could have them towed. The landowner tells me this is not true. They want to continue the business there. The owners attached flyers on the vehicles but they were ripped down. I like the location and plan to stay. BTW, the manager wouldn’t refund my late fee when I had to change credit card numbers a while back. I was always on time and missed by 3 days b... read more
