Have been visiting Vinaya and her team of Physiotherapists for almost a month plus to strengthen my ankle after a ligament tear and a fracture. I have seen immense improvements in my ankle with their treatment and the exercises they have me doing. Grateful for their combined experience as I work on my journey to get back to racquet sports.
I was in today and saw their new physio therapist Alex....he is awesome! He is very friendly and nice to talk to but he is also very good at what he does. He was always asking about the amount of pressure he was using for the manual work to make sure I was not in pain. I felt great when I left the office, but will definitely be going back to see him soon!
