I came in with a sore IT band as well as my right hip flexor and glute. It was painful doing squat exercises and daily drives became aggravating. My physiotherapist, Vinaya was a great help. She was kind and knowledgeable in helping me with recovery. Even after the first week of therapy I noticed a difference. Have been visiting Vinaya and her team of Physiotherapists for almost a month plus to strengthen my ankle after a ligament tear and a fracture. I have seen immense improvements in my ankle with their treatment and the exercises they have me doing. Grateful for their combined experience as I work on my journey to get back to racquet sports.
I was in today and saw their new physio therapist Alex....he is awesome! He is very friendly and nice to talk to but he is also very good at what he does. He was always asking about the amount of pressure he was using for the manual work to make sure I was not in pain. I felt great when I left the office, but will definitely be going back to see him soon!
The Glen Abbey Physiotherapy team is full of great professionals. Vinaya Chitgopkar has been supporting me with my Physio needs for years and she is an expert. I fully recommend this wonderful team to recover for any injury or pain.
