I have NEVER given a bad review, because I'm a small business owner myself and know how much that can impact a business. If I do have a bad experience, I just never patronize that business again. HOWEVER, the lack of response and costing me $20K in damages due to items that should have been seen in an inspection, I cannot let this slide. Avoid Randy, C.L. Randy inspected the home we purchased last year and we have had nothing but major problems since. In our first year living here, we've had to replace our main gas line due to a massive leak, remove mold from the basement, replace our entire A/C unit, and we're currently in the process of having to replace our roof. NONE of these issues were included in Randy's inspection. He misled us into believing the house we purchased was in good condition. I love working with Randy and Lisa over at Gleich and Associates. Lisa makes scheduling a breeze & Randy is incredibly thorough on his inspections. He not only lets you know what is wrong with the house but he gives you tips on how to fix it and maintain the property. I have learned so much from him through the many inspections I have attended. Randy has my highest recommendation.
