Randy inspected the home we purchased last year and we have had nothing but major problems since. In our first year living here, we've had to replace our main gas line due to a massive leak, remove mold from the basement, replace our entire A/C unit, and we're currently in the process of having to replace our roof. NONE of these issues were included in Randy's inspection. He misled us into believing the house we purchased was in good condition. I love working with Randy and Lisa over at Gleich and Associates. Lisa makes scheduling a breeze & Randy is incredibly thorough on his inspections. He not only lets you know what is wrong with the house but he gives you tips on how to fix it and maintain the property. I have learned so much from him through the many inspections I have attended. Randy has my highest recommendation.

We had our home inspection today and was extremely impressed with the service Randy provided. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. He had us walk through the entire house with him so that he could give us information and feedback about every detail. We learned so much valuable information on how to care for our home in the future. Within the same day, he sent us a very thoughtful report that was easy to understand with many pictures.
