Christy the office manager is first rate! Friendly and engages you as soon as she sees you. She will help you understand your insurance and get you through the appointment with ease. Dr Gleeson has years of experience and does not prescribe treatment unless absolutely needed. His hygienist is the best I have experienced.

Heather, the receptionist is the unhappiest employee I have ever met. Being the first person you deal with, either on the phone or in person, you would think that Dr. Gleeson would know to put a person with a friendly personality, or in fact, a personality in that position. She is very rude and uncaring and after 25 years of being a patient screw that!
