Unfortunately I had my first terrible experience despite being a patient here for years since I was a child. I saw there was a new system for making appointments, so I attempted to make my appointment there. I got a time that was confirmed via email and text message. The day of my appointment it was canceled due to me requiring a 30 min time slot as opposed to a 20 min which is totally fine. I never got a text cancelling it or as much as a phone call.
