If I could give less than a one-star review I would. Please take your pets elsewhere! The vets are continually dismissive of very serious health concerns. The staff and filing system are extremely unorganized. Unfriendly, outdated, sometimes even unclean environment. I brought one of my cats in many times over the years for both general checkups and litter-box concerns. The staff and vet at the Glebe Pet Hospital are extremely kind and caring. They also understand that the cost of treatment can be high, so they work with you to find the best solution that you can afford. They have taken great care of my dog.
These folks help me navigate my cat's skin issues/wound care/ food allergies with care and patience. I'm learning a lot and feel grateful.

I would chose O if I could. I ignored previous reviews and still brought my dogs here when I moved to Ontario. I quickly realized why there is so many terrible reviews. My healthy 8yr old Pug was brought in for a simple surgery to remove and skin tag from her eyelid. 4 days after her surgery and 3 days in an emergency hospital ICU I had to come to terms that she was not going to recover.
