Owner is rude, zero communication. Justice Electric had to come finish the job.
Every step of the way this company failed to communicate. They sent the quote to the wrong email address. When I followed up and confirmed scheduling and inquired about weekend hours - which were not posted on the quotation they were very rude and responded “well you can pay overtime”. All I need is a Breaker replaced outside on the Meter. Only 4 reviews is all I see. All 5 star? Indication that maybe all are fake. I call and leave message to get a call back. Nothing for two days. I call back and leave another message. Nothing for 2 more days. I call back and leave a message again and state I will come down there if no call back. I get called that day.
