I was in there around 5/6 yesterday and came back in saying my pen didn’t work—the guy and gal In the check in area did everything they could to help and I wasn’t the most friendly. I had to go back to work so I didn’t get a new one however I remember them trying everything they could to help. Thank you for the effort I’m sure I would’ve been taken care of it I had time, I’ll def be back.
