Ms. McKayla got me hooked up with this structured manicure and I love it! I told her I wanted a simple, birthday fun design and she came through. The shop is clean, the employees and owner are welcoming and friendly, and I am so happy I found this shop! Already looking forward to my next service.
Update to review response: I responded to the message a day late because I also have a life and a job, but when I responded to the text stating when I can come back in I still heard nothing back. You guys usually text with a confirmation about the appointment and I never received one. So I didn’t show… I didn’t know if it was okay to still come. From the moment I called to book, I could tell this was a professional and well-run place. When I arrived, I was greeted right away. The space was clean, bright, and organized—with no strong chemical smells, which I really appreciated. My nail tech was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She handled both my manicure and pedicure, and I loved how everything turned out. (Continued) I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. I actually thought I'd found a good spot. She was initially nice, friendly. But the moment a customer – an irate customer, mind you, because of her lack of communication – became upset, she completely lost it. I was willing to pay half, for half the work she did. But no. I never received a manicure on my real nails before adding the soft gel nails on top. OMG unbelievable!! It felt so amazing, so gentle, so detail oriented. Veronica is the BEST! Took so much care with my hands and it was the first time that I never not once looked down at my nails being done. The salon was very clean and cute and the experience was just top tier!! Will be back for more of the nai art and designs!
