Terrible, horrible communication. Had Susan manage a couple of rentals and lost over 8 months worth of rent. And she doesn't care in the slightest. No communication, no diligence to help. You are on your own if they manage your property.
Tim at GLC was able to sell our house in a timely manner at a very affordable price. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell another house from them!
