Well, they are personable folks. I really liked them on a personal level. They did 1 job for me and I was very pleased. I then had another job for them and am still waiting from my last email to them 3/8/2022 to do the requested repairs (no reply to that email) Short story - casement/awning windows crankset operator replacements. Jamie came out on 10/5/2021, looked at the windows, sprayed WD40 on the moving parts, for which I paid $400 cash. Wrote down the parts needed. Sad to see the results of drug use over time, it's a problem in the area. They clearly started out well and could be a good company. They are getting desperate and responding by implying people don't know how to rate on google. Drugs really ruin people's lives folks. So sad. Wish we'd have paid better attention to the signs and just not gone with them- petty theft not a company. Believe the numerous reviews not them.
Stole deposit. Listen to the other negative reviews. Only positive reviews are from 5+yrs ago. 6/6/24 - still no update. It’s best to stay away from this company. 4/30/24 update - No response, company (husband and wife) has completely gone off the radar. 4/25/23 update - Still no response after sending additional correspondence checking on status. 4/19/24 update - Still no response from Glaziers. 4/18/24 update - Sent an email checking status of check.
