Sorry sick people .. if you don't have a regular doctor in the building. They won't even see you at the walk -in. How ridiculous. Isn't a walk -in patient most likely someone who does NOT have a family doctor .
The lady at the front desk, with her glasses and bun, was an unpleasant experience. I visited the urgent care with my kid while checking in. She asked me a few questions to confirm my address and phone number, but every time I answered yes, she would exclaim, “Whatever!” Who says that? She was incredibly rude. When I asked for direction , she yelled at me to go out and follow the signs. It was embarrassing and rude to be yelled at like that. Please do better! It doesn’t cost anything to be kind! Impossible to get in touch with. No email option, can't leave voice mail. Now that I'm working Mon-Fri 8-5, I can't manage to get through when I'm called. Very frustrating.
I feel very lucky to have Dr. Iqbal as my doctor. She is so genuine and always takes the time to explain things through.
