Rude receptionist I've been going here for close to 25 years only to be turned away by a vulgar receptionist. Multiple times Ive had problems with this receptionist when asking simple questions only for her to make snarky comments under her breath or directly to you
I have been seeing a family doctor here for years (out of necessity) and I don’t feel that care is prioritized or taken seriously. The doctor consistently books 4-5 weeks out and Dr. Hadisfar’s receptionist in particular is one of the rudest most unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered. She has been consistently rude both on the phone and in person - cutting you off, being snappy and making assumptions when making a simple inquiry. Great since Dr. Glazier was my Family Doctor.
This place reminds me of comunist Poland before the iron curtain came down in the 80's! Had an appointment on friday the weather changed from calm sunny to a blizzard. Called glazier unltrsound reception spoke with the person who answers calls wanted to make sure the tech would not turn me away just in case I was not punctural! I am 35 km away when I arrived they sat me down 20 minutes later the front desk staff told me the tech would not take me :( it was too late and she wanted to make sure she had enough time.
