Lifelabs is brutal. Their competence is atrocious.
Glazier Medical Centre is wonderful, but what truly makes it special is people like Dr. Durrani. I first met him at the urgent care clinic, and even in the middle of a busy day, he took the time to really listen and treat me with kindness and respect. That experience stayed with me. I just came to urgent care after long day at work. I saw Dr Mohammed Safdar. Honestly, his care and kindness was exceptional and I wanted to acknowledge that. Great Doctor!
I have been going to this doctor's office for over 30 years and quality has dropped a lot lately. Receptionist was rude and extremely hard to understand. She continually cut me off and seemed to be almost shouting when she did so. They keep changing which hours they are available, and booking appointments is more inconvenient then ever, waiting weeks or more for a simple appointment that would normally take 5 minutes. Not sure I'll be using this doctors office moving forward.
