It was an okay experience.. I went in to get a brazilian wax, I had liked how every time she was going to apply something she’d tell me, she had asked me if i wanted her to remove my ingrown hairs and i said yes.. but i didn’t know she was going to remove it with a lancet needle….. idk to me that is not okay at all.. not sure if it was a new one or not aside that point, i don't think it was right to use , ive gone to other wax places and they’ve NEVER used a NEEDLE!!? tweezers yes but a needle never!!!.. and a bit worried si... read more

This was my first time booking with Glaze Wax and Spa. I booked a full Brazilian and butt strip. I hadn’t been to a wax appointment in 6 weeks and Bat made my whole experience painless! She was so nice and quick and gentle at the same time. And the thorough aftercare was amazing! I’m definitely coming back!
