I've been coming here since I moved to Spokane and have always had an amazing experience. A couple of weeks ago my nails didn't quite turn out how expected, but Lynzie went above and beyond to make it right! Even gave me some quarters for the meter, when my parking ran out. Liz did my nails today (gel removal and classic gel manicure) and she did a fantastic job, we had a great conversation and both Lynzie and Liz made me feel super comfortable in the salon. My pedicure immediately smudged so badlyand I had to take it off even after fully drying. Poor customer service.
♥️ I highly recommend ANNIE— I got the 45 minute pedi and she not only did a fantastic job she works in excellence. Her customer service is on a whole other level. We had a wonderful conversation and I’m extremely impressed. I am currently in Texas but my family is all here so I was super cautious going to a place I haven’t been to before. I will absolutely be back and this will be my place when I move back. LINDSEY was fantastic too and had a great personality. I enjoyed my experience and the atmosphere.
I came to this salon hoping for a peaceful experience after a recent family tragedy, but what happened made me feel unsafe, disrespected, and dismissed. My nail tech, Ben, started off doing a good job with my mani and pedi, but during the pedicure he accidentally cut my toe and made it bleed a lot. While he was doing my manicure, a homeless man (who was not a customer) was allowed to use the restroom and remained inside for an extended period of time.
