While sitting in waiting room you can hear the receptionists talking rudely about other patients. Then you have a scheduled appt and if you are 5 minutes late you need to reschedule but it is okay for them to make you sit and wait for over an hour to be seen. Your staff should not be talking about patients so others can hear them unprofessional.
dr Lenoci has done two surgeries on me in the past year she is very professional and informative. Her two technicians Jennifer and Pam are great always willing to help and make your visit more pleasant .
Dr Pokabla is fantastic. He's been helping my mother with her glaucoma- so far she's had one eye surgery and is hoping to schedule her second. Everyone at this practice has been sooo nice. Highly recommend this practice and especially this doctor.
I highly recommend this place. Dr. Pokabla is top notch. I came to him with an emergency and he and his student could not do enough to make sure I was okay. A lot of people complain about the wait time, but it’s worth it. He spends time with his patients and doesn’t rush them out. A+++ practice
I've been with a family member who was referred to Dr Pokabla by her ophthalmologist. Yes, be prepared to wait 1-2.5 hours from appt time to leaving. However, that said, the staff were all professional and quite knowledgeable. It's a friendly atmosphere. While with the doctor, he took his time, was gentle & understanding, and made sure my family member's questions/concerns were addressed.
