they absolutely do not care about your time. i take elderly patients to their appointments and this place was terrible. we were there for over 3 hours just for a consult. if you need a fast appointment do not come here. they will waste your time.
If you value your time, stay far away. Waiting three hours to see a doctor for a ten-minute appointment is completely unacceptable. It is genuinely a shame because the staff appear kind and friendly, but the practice desperately needs to re-evaluate its scheduling system. This isn't a one-off fluke; every single visit involves a massive wait coupled with a revolving door of excuses for why they are running behind. Friendly service doesn't make up for complete disregard for patients' time.
Been a patient for 5 years And am always welcomed with a gracious smile and efficient office staff. Assistant that prepares you for the physician is both professional and comforting. I feel fortunate to be a patient of Dr.Pokobla’s as he saved me from losing my vision. His staff are very much a huge part of that, making me feel welcomed ,comfortable and safe.
I would like to thank the staff of GCA first. But, I have to say that Dr Pokabala, is awesome. If you have a difficult vision situation, I would recommend him to anyone.
