They either never pick up the phone or their message box is always full. Utterly terrible and incompetent service from whoever takes calls.
on Dec 19 at 3:20 I called Glaucoma consulting, After receptionist said "Hold on" I was waiting for 15 min. Then called again. Another "Hold on" and another 15 min. After 4 calls and 40 min of waiting a lady named Ilona answered my call. Finally I was able to order medication. Terrible service.
One and the half hour and still waiting for the doctor, even though I was here on-time for the appointment.
