Our appraisal was delayed four times, nearly costing us hundred of dollars in delay fees from our builder. Mrs. Beth Glatz could not have been more rude on the phone, insulting both my wife and myself for asking a simple question: "Can you please update us on the status of our appraisal?" I advise all lenders, builders, and title companies, as well as any independent buyers, to avoid this company at all costs. They took 17 days to complete an appraisal and berated us for asking simple questions.
