We filed a claim in October 2018. After a month, we did not receive any status. So, I reached out to the adjuster. Pursuant my insistence, a field adjuster was assigned to the claim at the end of November 2018. The field assignment was conducted in December 2018. It's been a month since the field adjuster's visit and a decision is still pending.
