We ordered two recliners for Christmas; from ‘us’ to ‘us’… They arrived last week. After using them for a few days we decided they could use a bit more padding in certain areas and contacted Glatfelter’s who scheduled a visit a few days later. Padding has been added to both of them to satisify our “buns” and that quick the task was done; no muss; no fuss... Very personable and easy to work with!! Definitely not pushy with regards to selling you something you don't really care for... in fact my brother located a piece that was in a storage area not tagged for sale, he inquired and they sold the item as is on the spot.
I absolutely love this furniture store. You could not ask for a better staff to help you, I find they are honest and sincere and most of all the staff is not pushy at all. My husband and I have bought a close out country sofa and chair and a used bedroom suite and we are very happy with our purchases. We are planning on purchasing end tables from here as well. I just can not say enough about the wonderful service we have received from Jason and Leon and the rest of the staff. Give them a try.
Leon and his family along with the other employees are wonderful and make you feel like you are important and not just a sale to make money.
