Emergency visit I was very relieved after my last visit to know that nothing serious was responsible for the discomfort I had felt in days proceeding my visit. An xray was taken and the tooth was thoroughly examined and I left with peace of mind. I was very grateful to Gail for assuring me that my concerns would be addressed and I was seen before the end of the day that I had reported the discomfort. Sinus issues may be responsible and I was told to call again if the problem persisted.Once again a very positive experience.
I have been a patient of Dr. Susat's for about 15 years. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors are all super friendly and professional. It feels nice to go to a dentist who knows your name, takes an interest in your personal life and truly cares about you. It is a hometown dental office!
From the folks on the phone, to the text and e-mail reminders, to the (absolutely) no wait, the service is off the charts. The caring staff and personal attention blow me away. I would never go anywhere else.

Dental delight As a former patient, I had to come back to Glastonbury dental when I moved back to CT after retirement. Dr. Susat is an excellent dentist and has the ability to put his patients at ease when many people fear going to the dentist. I travel over 30 minutes and it is always a pleasure to be greeted by his office staff and his incredible nurse, Denise!

Like going here I really like coming to this office... as much as someone can like going to the dentist, which I typically dread. Lauren is a great hygienist, and seems very knowledgeable. Dr Scoles is very friendly, and a true professional.
