First class service for over 25 years. Kept 3 cars running for well over 300,000 miles. There certainly are other good repair services in town but this was and is our go to recommendation everytime. Suggest negative posters tell little more about year, make, model, mileage and prior service (or lack there of) before they suggest GFA caused their problem.
They did horrible work and destroyed the motor in my car, claiming everything if fine. They RTV my drain plug and oil pan, used the wrong length hardware causing internal motor damage all after claiming it was a complete rebuild. Overall terrible quality.
This garage operates exceptionally well. The owners demonstrate exceptional service by promptly expediting repairs while maintaining effective communication. It is challenging to find such a high level of service in today’s market. I am thoroughly impressed and will highly recommend this skilled service center.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Last year I got a quote from GFA for an oil leak. I got a 2nd opinion from Tony’s: same job, $1,000 cheaper. I even called GFA back to see if they'd price-match. Armand (or Alain) said, “That’s cheap, go with them.” So I did. Today I call about a check engine light, and he goes, “Last year you went to Tony’s, so why don’t you go back to them?” They outright refused to give me any service because I went to a different shop a full year ago.
