Working with Glastonbury Carpet & Flooring was a wonderful experience. We picked out new carpets and had them installed in a timely manner and they look great.
My son had an unauthorized party in my basement and they destroyed the bone-white carpet. Alcohol of all colors was carelessly spilled, footprints, etc. I called this company, spoke to Mr. Gerson(?) and after taking some pictures and measuring, he gave me a reasonable quote. A couple of weeks later (today) a technician came with a truck and he worked in the basement for a couple of hours. The difference is quite dramatic! The carpet looks like new.
