Brian and his team have recarpeted my whole house two times in twelve years and both experiences were terrific, Brian delivers on everything discussed with flawless detail, the product he sells is top quality, and so are the people who install it. They were in and out in two days, meticulously cleaned up when done, and were respectful, and helpful during the whole process. They had exactly the carpet we wanted, but because of earlier negative reviews, we delayed for 5 months purchasing our stairway carpet from Glastonbury Carpet Workshop. That was a mistake. I talked with Brian to make sure they'd stand behind their product and installation. We got the Shaw's carpet we wanted for our stairway, and the installation was excellent. We used Glastonbury Carpet twice for projects in our home, the first time went well the second did not. During our most recent experience we had carpet installed which after only 2 years was not holding up well. We contacted Glastonbury Carpet who instructed us to have the carpet cleaned which they would cover the cost for doing and even recommended a carpet cleaner. We had the carpet cleaned and then they declined paying for the cleaning leaving me with the bill which was over $200. We will not be using them again for carpe... read more
