Glastonbury Carpet was wonderful to work with. We love our new floors.
Arrived early, quickly removed old carpet and installed the new. Cleaned up after themselves and were easy to work with.
Glastonbury Carpet was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The hardwood floors in my new home came out beautiful, and the workmanship was excellent. As an interior designer, I work with a lot of vendors and have high standards, and their team exceeded my expectations with their responsiveness, attention to detail, and overall service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Never will use them again! It was a side show getting the price as the employees Do Not communicate with each other. Then the installer convinced my wife to do waterfall on the steps when we asked for a bull nose detail, which it said on the work order, simply because it was easier!? Then went in to pay the balance and the used my cc without authorization!? Then I was told the owner would call me, but as mentioned they dont communicate internally so Never received a call. We have used Glastonbury Carpet in the past, but it had been a few years. We went back to replace a bedroom carpet and a hallway carpet. Everyone from the sales staff to the installation crew made the experience great. The carpet installation crew did a fantastic job and left the area clean and made sure that I was happy with the job. I would absolutely use them again.
