While the employees were pleasant and the box of tile I bought was fine, I had the feeling that almost everyone was less than fully skilled and/or trained in their job. The biggest example was that someone overcharged me by $45. While everyone at the store was nice and no one disputed the overcharge, it took me three phone calls to get the refund.
The staff at Glastonbury Carpet couldn’t be nicer or more professional!! I highly recommend them……
