Update! These guys are the best, we recently had water breach our home where our HVAC system is and they came out in minutes, listened to our concerns and did testing to put our mind at ease about the things we were concerned about. We can always count on Glastonbury Burner and Boiler. Paul the owner is a great guy. They do amazing work and show up on time. In a pinch or emergency they make time for you. Paul and his team really came through for us today. We had no heat in the building and he and his team quickly and efficiently solved the problem within hours! They have always been responsive and professional!
My water heater started leaking at 1PM on a Tuesday. I called GB&B and spoke to the owner, Paul. Within 30 minutes, they had a technician out to evaluate and were able to replace the unit within hours, SAME DAY. Very clean and professional, and you can't ask for better service than that.
Just moved into our home and our boiler pressure was high. Gbury burner and boiler scheduled us quickly, assessed, and came back out to make the repairs we needed. They made it super simple with no extra ad ons or hoops to jump through to get scheduled - highly recommend Glastonbury Burner and Boiler!
I ran into trouble in the middle of winter, with a failed motherboard to my boiler unit. The direct part to replace it was obsolete, so it needed a complete replacement if we couldn't find a solution! Paul was incredibly quick in finding an affordable solution and his team came out in the last major snow storm we had, to fix it! Only a day without heat, and my problem was solved! I can't thank Glastonbury Burner and Boiler enough for their dedication and commitment to their customers and their work!
