I’ve used the services of Glastonbury Automotive for a critical auto repair and, just today, for help via a service request through AAA to get my car out of a snowy stuck spot. Special kudos to Mike for the latter! I appreciate being able to trust that services are appropriate and not up-charged, and the candor and friendly approach they provide.
Nicholas helped me with a tow today through AAA. He was so helpful, thorough, and super professional. Great communication, and he was coming from over an hr away but got there timely and right when he said he would. He was careful with my vehicle, where as I've had other tow truck drivers from other companies rush and cut corners causing damage. Polite and on the ball with everything.
