A very unprofessional business and a wholly disappointing experience. I ordered a Lady White Co. Dry Lite t-shirt and received the wrong size. I have not received a response from Glasswing despite attempting twice to contact them - I first emailed them 9 days ago, and then again 2 days ago. The shirt (1) was on sale, (2) was the last item they had available in any size for this specific shirt, and (3) was an international order to Canada. This is my favorite store in Seattle! My partner and I come here almost every week because they're always adding new pieces and they just have such a stellar collection of clothing, accessories, and plants. We've gone to some of their events too such as their collaboration with a local theatre and brand showing Ghost in the Shell. We've bought clothing, plants, and even a bouquet from here and their quality is unmatched.
