We originally had glass installed that showed visible internal defects. To their credit, Glasswerks initially agreed to replace it. Unfortunately, the replacement glass arrived with the same, if not worse, defects. When we raised the issue again, their position suddenly changed and we were told that what we're seeing is "normal." It absolutely isn't. When the shower runs and the glass fogs, the defects become very obvious. Anyone looking at it can see the imperfections inside the glass.
