If I could give negative reviews I would. We had the worst experience with this company and I would never recommend them to anyone. We ordered glass for our windows in August and as I type this the end of December 2024, Glasswerks has been unable to deliver 8 glass windows (including the large picture windows) without major manufacturing defects from roller marks across the entire glass, to purple stripes from low e problems. I have never met her in person; however, she is the most hardworking, loyal, efficient, and amazing employee they have. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct, and triple checks her work. We are so lucky to be able to work with her and have her as our contact there.
