Totally slick and dishonest. Did not do what was promised. Cut wires from Window screens that are connected to a security system. Upstairs screens were not adequately washed nor were the tracks. The security door was supposed to be washed and the bathroom mirrors as well. The employee arrived with no ladders even though the owner knew that the second floor windows were going to require ladders. The employee scaled a ledge to reach the upstairs bedroom windows.
