Got a great deal on my Toyota Sequoia at Glassman. However it was an awful experience after that when Crystal from accounting managed to deposit my $4k check twice, overdrawing my bank account. It took them nearly a week to reverse the second charge and I got nothing to compensate me for the overdraft fees and hassle. Stay away from this dealership, not trustworthy.
Amr was a great representative to work with. He was quick in answering all my questions and was able to secure a good deal for me from a different state. Very flexible dealer and a quick process overall. Amr made sure I was taken care of in every part of the deal. If you call make sure you ask for him.
The best thing I can say about Glassman Used Cars is that they tried. We drove in from 80 miles away to look at two specific vehicles. Both vehicles when they were brought out to us were filthy. Inside and out, they looked like they had never been cleaned. We could almost understand if the vehicles were new on the lot, but one had been on the lot for months. They found just the car I needed! Mo was a great dealer, really helped me through the process of finding the car and talked me through the whole process without any real hassle. I would definitely recommend him for anyone buying a car in the future!
Called on a car ,made an appointment and drove over an hour and a half and when we got there received a texted from Bey stating the car just sold but that there were others to see. This is a very dishonest tactic and is not respectful of my time.
