This is our first time with this dealership. We got our Mitsubishi PHev outlander new Years Eve 2025 and it was late in the day , snowy, but they still accommodated us, although they wanted to be home with their families. Shannon Gauley, the manager was highly professional, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
(Updated April 12th, 2026) I am awarding 3 stars because the employee was pleasant and the manager did reach out to me and assure me that this experience shall not happen in the future. Otherwise this experience would have been a solid one star outcome. The experience, and expectations were greatly decreased by the disingenous nature of this esablishment. I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this dealership. I was specifically told to come in for an appraisal on my car, and when I arrived, they casually informed me they were no longer buying that type of car. They knew exactly what I was bringing and still wasted my time. To top it off, one of their staff members took my car for a joyride, driving it all over the place without any explanation.
