To start, his office hasn't changed in 35 years. They don't have updated computers (model looked like something from the early 90's) or internet. The Dr. needed help getting his own gloves on. After the exam, we waited in his office for 15-20 minutes while he checked other patients (yes, we had an appointment). The office person told us we couldn't use our 2 insurances, since they were from the same insurance company. This was false, our insurance company says we can, since we are separate households with separate policies. ... read more
