Very hospitable staff. Incredible chef. More spacious than expected
Had a great experience at Glass House! I had the Breakfast Smash and it was delicious, and the potatoes that came with it were perfect Reagen, the bartender, was amazing and made the experience even better. Luca, Matthew, and Sarah were also all super friendly, attentive, and gave great service. The whole team made us feel welcome and taken care of. Definitely a great spot with great food and an awesome staff would highly recommend!
This restaurant is notorious for being overstaffed, yet the service is still disappointing. Staff were standing around chatting instead of attending to guests, our drinks were not refilled, and we had to ask repeatedly for cutleries and basic service. It was frustrating to see staff standing around while guests were waiting to be attended to. Having more employees on the floor doesn’t help if they aren’t focused on taking care of the guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be coming back.
