I recently visited Glasshouse Dental and had a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend thinking carefully before choosing this clinic. I received a freezing injection before an upper tooth filling. By the next day, my lip and cheek were still numb and my lip looked distorted, which was honestly scary. I’m typically anxious about dental appointments, but beginning with the modern clean and calming environment to the friendly professionalism of the entire staff, my experience at Glasshouse Dental was remarkably pleasant. Anita, my hygienist, was kind and gentle. Dr Grewal was equally kind and thorough. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit.

Booked a simple cleaning and I was told once I got there that I needed X-rays. I was not previously informed and did not have much time but I was assured there was enough time for both. The hygienist rushed through my cleaning and I was assessed by the dentist. At the time, I wasn’t informed of any major issues. 1 month later, I now have severe dental pain and it turns out there were severe issues that they should’ve identified at my original appointment. I don't often do Google reviews but I feel compelled to in this case. My Mother was a Dental Hygienist so I am critical. Plus I have anxiety and very sensitive teeth. I used to get really stressed out going for cleanings. Then I met Anita! She is the most remarkable Hygienist I have ever encountered. Where do I start? Had the pleasure of having my cleaning with Jessika. The clinic is exceptionally clean and the staff are extremely welcoming. Jessika took her time and was extremely careful as I suffer from sensitive gums. The cleaning was super fast and she even put on a movie for me to watch during the cleaning 😎 thanks Jessika!!
