Worst customer service experience from a local business ever! On December 12th I ordered and paid for an engraved silver sterling baby cup. I was told it wouldn't be available by Christmas, I said that was ok. Mid January I had not heard from them so I called. The husband said he had no idea and that his wife Lori wasn't there but that he'd call me later that day. It was a Friday and I never heard from them so I called again on Monday.
