I was gifted a bouquet and it was delivered to me. The flowers were stunning, gorgeous arrangement of blooms and foliage. I immediately trimmed the ends and placed in room temperature water. However I did not know who they were from, the delivery person did not know and asked me to call the store. I called the store said to call back in half an a hour when they were less busy. Glasshaus has been my go-to florist since moving to Melbourne three years ago. I haven’t found another florist in the city that creates bouquets as beautiful as theirs. I recently had an issue with my flowers deteriorating much quicker than expected and was really impressed by how the team handled it when I reached out.
