Very happy with the service from Glassfit. From the initial conversation with Liam, I felt comfortable and confident that I ordered the right parts. Liam went above and beyond to answer all my questions and go the extra step in helping organise a refund when I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. Liam - keep up the great positive attitude! The work force needs more people with your energy!
Sorry to say I didn't know Glassfit existed until I had experienced numerous problems with a glass pool gate provided by a Bunnings supplier, including an 8 week wait for a replacement gate panel! One phone call to Glassfit and a discussion with Liam and my questions were answered. I was so impressed with the service provided by Liam I decided to drive to the Glassfit office and undertook a 5 hour drive to collect what I required. Very happy with the products we purchased and the service from Liam at Glassfit. every question we had to ensure we had the right measurements and order was answered promptly Their DIY instructions are easy to follow as can be seen in the photos albeit we are pretty handy on the tools, ie had a core drill. We found their pricing was competitive and importantly they had what we needed in stock and delivered in right away
