Just terrible
I purchased glasses on 4/16 and contacted them on 4/22 to inquire when the glasses would be sent because the website says "fast delivery." I reached out days before to ask for an itemized receipt, but they told me this could not be sent until the order shipped. They emailed me back on 4/22 saying that "there is a little problem with the order," and to call for details. I was never once contacted about the "issue," and no one intended to reach out to me.
