In September 2021 Glasser and Glasser took over the collection from Peters and Klima PC. As soon as I got the notice I changed the payment address to Glasser and Glasser Oktober 2021 my payment from my bank e-bill was sent to Glasser and Glasser. But they claimed that they did not receive my payments. I sent them a copy from my bank that the money was withdrawn. I called them many times I hardly had experience with a human answering the phone but I had spoken to a female and a male. But I never make any changes they keep on... read more
