I give Glassdoor 0 stars. It's terrible! ITS A SCAM! It wants all your info but then won't let you close your account ever! The site runs you around in circles and keeps telling you your password is wrong when it most definietly is correct. Then if you try and call the automated system hangs up on you. Glassdoor is a joke. Just wants your info. SCAM! Do not use Glassdoor! I recommend to noone unless you want your info out there and you can't get it off the site or close you account. What a headache!

(+) Offering a platform for people to share company reviews sounds like a great idea (-) Biased information due to shut down of accounts for providing extra details so that : - companies can take in feedback to improve - people have relevant information to make choices about employers (Glassdoor could simply add a few lines of code to keep only the latest contribution of a user for a company, or concatenate multiple contributions for users, or to simply prevent violations of their guidelines, rather than shutting accounts do... read more
