We love coming here! They have great customer service and the staff is always so kind.The glasses are great quality and really last. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Dr. Sirintr is wonderful with kids too. I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs!
I had no idea my son needed glasses and I'm so glad I chose glass box to help us. The staff is caring and helpful. Paulette was so kind during the initial exam and put my son at ease. Dr. Sirintr was very patient when he was not loving the eyedrops, and Karina was so helpful in explaining our insurance benefits and costs. Would highly recommend, and Hunter loves his new glasses!
Glass Box Eyecare is excellent and extremely helpful! From the very beginning, the staff—Karina and Paulette—were so polite, friendly, and welcoming. Great customer service! I've been going here for 2 years and always have the best experience from the front desk to the optometrist. Karina took her time with me when fitting me for contacts, finding frames that fit my face, and breaking down my estimate for services before paying. Really appreciate all the people who work here
The whole team is friendly and professional. My glasses came in fast and the team helped me sort an issue with my prescription. :D
