Martha and Steve were both great to work with. When my woodstove glass cracked I called around and was recommended to Glass West. Martha answered all my questions over the phone and gave me a very accurate quote and Steve cut the glass and took the time to refine it, all in very little time. I was expecting it to cost a lot more and take a lot longer, but I was pleasantly surprised. Steve was awesome to work with. He was able to come evaluate what we needed and get it ordered quickly. He came back to install and did a fantastic job and left it cleaner than it was. Very professional and did great work. It is rare to find service this good with reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend Steve from Glass West!
I broke the glass on my woodstove and needed it replaced. Steve went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, staying a little later after work, then offering to complete the job while I waited, which saved me a trip and allowed me to use my woodstove sooner. Outstanding service! The price for the glass was also very good.
