Customer service stinks BIG TIME. I ordered a piece of glass for a commercial door and when I ordered it I explained several times to the associate that the measurement I had was the opening the glass fit in. The guy said'OK I will take care of it'. They promised I would have the glass delivered on a Thursday. Well Thursday came and no delivery I called four times and never got an answer to any of my questions. The person I talked to promised to call me back two times and I never got a call.
