I rang up and chatted with Brad about obtaining a quote for some windows. Three weeks later I’m still waiting even after a follow up email. Customer service is terrible! I got a faster response from Crystal Glass. I will not be using Albany Glass Suppliers for any current or future work.
Broke my shower windows. Took the frame in with a sample piece in the morning. Was matched and fixed the same day. Price was reasonable. Service was friendly and quality was great.
Told they would ring when the glass was ready didn't happen ,cost was a bit pricey
poor customer service. Two separate occasions I have been turned away and told to basically to do my own repair work. Don't go there and waste your time.
