Rich finished my incomplete shower start by the other co.He did a good job not the other co. after he got the money he left my shower not finished. I could recommend him to my friends & cousin.
Excellent communication and follow through
Rick fixed my shower door so that I can wait to replace it until I'm ready (financially and planning wise) to redesign my bathroom. Another company said it wasn't possible and that company's replacement cost was 30% more than Glass Source estimate. I will totally use Glass Source when I redesign both bathrooms next year. Rick was awesome!
Rich from Glass source came and repaired my broken shower door. He explained the process of what needed to be done for the repair. He did have to order a part but the shower was still operational until the part came in. Rich explained the install procesd incase I wanted to save some money and install the new part myself. Overall had a very good experience.
He was on time. The job was well done and he even took the old mirror away which we had already taken down. He also gave me other ideas for improvements within the house. I would hire this company again and recommend them very strongly.
They were timely and gave me many options for installation. Cannot wait to complete the project.
Courteous and professional
Richard Hernandez with Glass Source was wonderful. He gave a fair estimate, was prompt, cleaned after himself but most importantly did a beautiful professional installation. We will have him back for the next bathroom remodel.
